Md Rafi S is a management professional with over 14 years of experience in operations, project management, account management, and consultative sales. He has a proven track record of success, having turned around critical and troublesome accounts to high revenue-generating ones by implementing structured processes. Rafi has experience in setting up business units, having successfully established one for Nabler in Hyderabad, where he currently manages operations. He is also a co-founder of Bridle IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, the first incubate company of BITS-Pilani, where he was the director of Sales and Marketing, growing the business from scratch to breakeven. As part of the Business Analytics team of Dubai Customs, Rafi successfully interviewed various internal and external stakeholders, identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and recommending specific changes that resulted in preventing revenue leakage of 2 million AED loss per month.
